1. About this site

This website is operated by BFG LLC (Tax ID 08249669, Reg. No. 264.110.1301499, 24 Hrachya Kochar St., Yerevan 0012, Armenia), trading under the engineering brand BFG.AM. It is provided to describe our services and to let prospective clients contact us. By using the site you agree to the terms below.

2. No offer; no legal advice

Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer, a guarantee of any particular outcome, legal advice, financial advice or a commitment to engage. Any engagement is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

3. Intellectual property

The site content — text, images, logos, the visual system and the code that renders it — is the property of BFG LLC unless otherwise indicated. Logos, trademarks and screenshots of third-party products are property of their respective owners and are used under fair-use principles for reference and portfolio purposes only.

You may quote short excerpts with attribution. Republication of substantial portions or commercial reuse without written permission is not permitted.

4. Portfolio and client references

Portfolio cases shown on this site describe work delivered for real clients. Where a client is identified by sector and the case is marked NDA, the client name has been withheld at the client's request. Metrics use the original wording (“in production since”, “designed for”, “validated for”) and reflect the system as deployed at the time of writing.

5. Limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, BFG LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

6. External links

The site links to third-party services (Google Fonts, LinkedIn, Google Maps). We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of those services. Visit them on your own assessment.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Disputes that cannot be resolved by correspondence are submitted to the competent courts at the seat of BFG LLC, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence.

We may update these terms. The “last updated” date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a revision means you accept the updated terms.
